Embassy Suites By Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport

This hotel was very nice! It was clean, updated & had free breakfast. There was also an omelet station included. Not sure if there was supposed to be waffles because we saw a syrup machine but no waffles. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and warm. We were hauling a uhaul trailer and we had no problem finding safe, well-lit parking, we felt very comfortable leaving it overnight without worry. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurant options.

The room was spacious and clean, dark at night with the blackout curtains, and logically laid out. Check in and out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and easy to get to off of the expressway. Parking was easy and free.

They were super busy with state baseball teams all week there. You can imagine 14 teams of thirteen year olds as well as a Legionnaires convention.. Our Booking.com reservation had not came through. Even through all of this insanity, Four customer service employees as well as management figured it out.

All staff members that I interact with from the check - in, to the bar, at the restaurant, acted very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect! The rooms was clean and comfort you have drinks free every night breakfast Included with different options to choice. I will come back!! Recommend 100%
